Jiu-Jitsu runs for kids aged 4–9, youth aged 10–16 and adults. Zumba is for ages 11+.
Wednesdays and Thursdays at Woolwich Common Community Centre, 17 Leslie Square, SE18 4DW. Friday sessions are at Samuel Montagu.
